Are you interested in presenting at the 2026 Self-Determination Conference? Apply to be a presenter! We are seeking session proposals for Tuesday, October 20 and Wednesday, October 21, 2026.

The Self-Determination Conference is one of Wisconsin’s biggest (and most amazing) events for people with disabilities and the people who support them. Last year, over 800 people attended the conference! Your support will help us provide even more opportunities for self-advocates to attend this conference!
Apply to Exhibit at the Conference!
Are you interested in exhibiting at the 2026 Self-Determination Conference? Apply to be an exhibitor!
Exhibit tables will be available on Tuesday, Oct. 20 and Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026. Space is limited and only applications from exhibitors that directly support self-determination and self-direction in WI will be accepted. All applications will be reviewed by a committee and selected based on interest, needs, variety and mission of the conference. Applications open April 2026.

Planning to apply for a scholarship?
Our scholarship criteria has changed and there are a limited number of scholarships available.
Please review the scholarship process here and discuss with your Long-Term Care provider about how your individual plan can pay for your registration and/or lodging.
